Russell CGoogle said the place was open until 4:30 but when I got there at 12:05, I found out they close at noon and they had flat out canceled my order without even contacting me. Luckily there happened to be a U-Haul rep there at the time and he was very nice and helped me get going, but it was very stressful to deal with finding out they closed at noon. I had a 30-min window to pick up the trailer and get home to help my daughter move to college.
