When I scheduled this rental it was in Lake Geneva Wisconsin. The location was changed with very little notice too 25 miles away (Mukwonago Wisconsin). This costs additional fuel and over two hours of my time. I requested a call back from Management but that never happened! Customer Service no longer exists at U-Haul. I have rented from U-Haul several times for previous moves and have not experienced concerns like this move. I will look elsewhere for future moves. Very unacceptable.
