The person from the Rexburg office was very kind, but when I picked up the trailer no one was at the location, I was charged an additional $100 even though I was told I only had to pay $400 due to the truck convenience of having my reserved trailer given to a different client. And then when I eventually had help the discount was taken away:(

This has nothing to do with location. The truck service light came on half way through the trip. Cruise control didn't work. And the brakes need fixing. Drop off location is a closed building so no personal there
