Dropped off my uhaul exactly where the midgard employee told me to... Somehow y'all then lost the uhaul, blamed me for its disappearing act, then had the nerve to charge me 30 dollars for your screwups... Not even going to go into detail about the first month free scam, that does not grant a free month of storage. So disappointed.

The cab was dirty and smelled of urine. They did not provide my added on supplies. App would not allow pictures to be taken.
Brandon SI reserved with this location. Within FIVE MINUTES of the booking it was sent a few miles away to a different dealer. When I went to pick it up at this location (who had my things), they could not move the reservation. So I cancelled and booked at the counter.
JAMES CI was unable to use the truck I rented and paid for. There was no way for me to access the keys when I arrived. Then there was no one able to help me due to the holiday. If a place is closed on Christmas then do not allow bookings under the guise of “self service”. If I can not complete the process myself then do not sell me the service.
