The exterior and interior were 'acceptable' clean, but, for example, the windshield was so dirty that the wipers couldn't clean It (with leftover rain water) and there was no wiper fluid, or at least none came out when attempting it. As is often the case with u-Haul vehicles, they are adequately maintained, but steering and suspension --if it were one's personal vehicle-- were not as one would want. The office staff are fantastic, overall the van worked fine for me, the whole process went smoothly and the cost was fair.
