The truck's suspension were horrible and the side mirror on the driver side is very loose

Why do you need three contacts for verification? It's 7 AM, and we had to bother a friend to get it done. What if we can't find anyone that early? Also, the online chat was incredibly slow and not helpful, and we ended up wasting 45 minutes standing and waiting. Overall, the pick-up experience was just terrible.
