Unfortunately, my drop-off location was changed mid-rental, to a location 25mi from Barneveld. I was not notified of this. While trying to return the truck (the location is a 24-hour drop off site and was closed at the time of drop off), I had to argue extensively on the phone with customer service personnel and the dispatcher’(?) to use the original drop off location of Barneveld. WI. This was ridiculous and extremely inconvenient.

I requested to pick up a truck in Madison, Wi and was sent to Barneveld. Very inconvenient to have to add 1.5 hours to my already long trip that day. Also the app was very slow as the service was weak. The app is also very poorly designed. There was a padlock on the back of the truck that I was not given the code to and had to be on hold with a help representative for nearly half an hour.
Grant HI requested furniture blankets and I think two regular dollies but only an appliance dolly was included. I was charged for at least some of the stuff not included, too.
Brianna GI was not supposed to pick up here. Uhaul moved my location twice and my pick up location that was assigned to me did not even have a truck. I had to waste 5+ hours and drive to this location to pick up this Uhaul. I was also charged over mileage even though I had to drive 40 miles to this location to even get this Uhaul from where I was moving!
