We were concerned with the pick p of our reservation. The U-Haul we ordered was 3 hours one way so 6 hours away. We were told we could have $50 in gas money which for a truck was nothing. In the end we needed to rent a smaller trailer. I have a 5 ton booked and was scared it would happen again. The woman from Edmontons head office was exception and is try to help us for our move mid September.

The only thing to improve at this location is to make it a designated truck rental location!! This is a need for this area and having it be a drop-off location only makes it next to impossible to rent a truck when needed. Thankfully Shane works there because he went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and was happy. I can’t say enough good things about him. Before dealing with Shane it was virtually impossible to get a truck at this location. If you need a truck in the Barriere area, deal directly with him!!
Amanda JI got white glove service and red carpet treatment I would recommend anyone to use this U-Haul Depot as it's the best I've seen and I'm 63 and seen quite a few
