Pick up was fast and efficient. Everything was explained clearly and was on my way. Very helpful and went over all questions I had. Had 2 flat tires at the beginning of my trip. They were replaced and I was on my way again. Customer service was excellent and polite. Well mannered and funny. Got me through a stressful time. Very thankful for all the help and direction.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had booked an auto transport to be picked up in Kamloops where I needed to depart from. 2 days before I got a call from u haul saying I should drive to Barrier to pick up the trailer. Almost 2hrs round trip, wasting time. I do not understand why u haul let you book where you are looking for and then the item is not available in that place.
Ruben FWe were concerned with the pick p of our reservation. The U-Haul we ordered was 3 hours one way so 6 hours away. We were told we could have $50 in gas money which for a truck was nothing. In the end we needed to rent a smaller trailer. I have a 5 ton booked and was scared it would happen again. The woman from Edmontons head office was exception and is try to help us for our move mid September.
Sterling CThe only thing to improve at this location is to make it a designated truck rental location!! This is a need for this area and having it be a drop-off location only makes it next to impossible to rent a truck when needed. Thankfully Shane works there because he went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and was happy. I can’t say enough good things about him. Before dealing with Shane it was virtually impossible to get a truck at this location. If you need a truck in the Barriere area, deal directly with him!!
Amanda JI got white glove service and red carpet treatment I would recommend anyone to use this U-Haul Depot as it's the best I've seen and I'm 63 and seen quite a few
