The gentleman hurried out to see us when we pulled in. Got the paperwork done really quickly and sent us on our way. He was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend this location to others. Thank you for the great service

How U-Haul Reviews WorkVery professional, entertaining, and straight forward
micheal bPick up was fast and efficient. Everything was explained clearly and was on my way. Very helpful and went over all questions I had. Had 2 flat tires at the beginning of my trip. They were replaced and I was on my way again. Customer service was excellent and polite. Well mannered and funny. Got me through a stressful time. Very thankful for all the help and direction.
mike hI had booked an auto transport to be picked up in Kamloops where I needed to depart from. 2 days before I got a call from u haul saying I should drive to Barrier to pick up the trailer. Almost 2hrs round trip, wasting time. I do not understand why u haul let you book where you are looking for and then the item is not available in that place.
Ruben FWe were concerned with the pick p of our reservation. The U-Haul we ordered was 3 hours one way so 6 hours away. We were told we could have $50 in gas money which for a truck was nothing. In the end we needed to rent a smaller trailer. I have a 5 ton booked and was scared it would happen again. The woman from Edmontons head office was exception and is try to help us for our move mid September.
