This group still has a lot to learn. Seemed lost
George K.I showed up after 4 phone calls to Uhaul thinking it would be a smooth experience. Nothing was entered in the system. It took me 40+ minutes to finally get the keys. The truck saved me with my move but how pathetic is it to have people waiting to help with the move only to have to wait on something that was supposed to be taking care of prior.
