The vehicle was a newer vehicle but the U-Haul was covered in bugs and wasn't washed. Inside of vehicle was clean. There wasn't anyone onsite and had to do everything over the phone and the site is remote and didn't have cellular service. Also the price I was quoted over the phone was more than what I reserved the vehicle through the app.
