The app is terrible. I had to re-upload three times to the app for taking pictures and doing the assessment before I took the truck. I wasted about 20nminutes trying to fight the app to accept the uploads. I also had to consistently take pictures of the odometer when ninjas dropping it off. I just would get the refreshing of the screen and it would freeze. I had 5g available and was consistently fighting the app.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe check-in process is too time consuming, can anything be done in advance such as entering drivers license, vehicle information, etc.? At times there are several people ahead of me which takes exponentially longer.
