The van was relatively new, clean on the exterior, but obviously has not had an interior cleaning in some time.
MATTHEW SEverything went great. The equipment was in very good condition and the whole process was very efficient. Although I didn't need help, I was surprised that you didn't inquire about my experience driving with a trailer. I would recommend having renters demonstrate their ability, and offer tips and/or instructions as needed.
