Ray T.We had planned on picking up in Mandan, ND but there was no truck available there so we had to go to Bismarck. Not really a very big deal, just confusing because my reservation said one thing & the text message another. Had to call to find out what was going on. An explanation would have been appreciated. But because everything is computerized, I guess personal communication is "old fashioned."
