Person never checked in truck. Received a call from Uhaul the next day to see If truck was going to be turned in at designated time. Explained we turned in the day before. With such a shortage in trucks find location to be complacent. Was unhelpful.MICHAEL B.

My review really should be for the North location of U-Haul in Bismarck near interstate Avenue. I scheduled my rental to be picked up at 10 AM on Tuesday. I got there around noon. They told me they did not have a trailer for me and sent me down to Craigs. The whole process of picking up my trailer took 2 1/2 hours. It was it wasa complete rodeo. The guy at the North location shook his head and said I'm not from here anyway. Go down and pick one up or you won't have one.debra C.
The truck was filthy and your attendant was rude, condescending and a downright smart ass! My reservation was for 9 AM and your rep didn't show up until almost 9:30 AM and he had to be called by the shop owner. The equipment I reserved online was not available and I was not given the $50.00 credit your online reservation GUARANTEES and i was over charged. Your rep laughed, mocked and made insults toward me while he was speaking to another uhaul rep on the phone. NEVER AGAINronald G.
We had a reservation pick up at 12 pm. When we arrived the rep was gone and store was locked. We called the number and the guy told us he was gone for lunch until 1pm. We sat and waited and the man showed up at 120. We were upset as we did the online check in and just needed the keys. We didn't understand why our reservation was for 12 if we couldn't get the van at noon. We had left our ten year old at home so we could run quick and get the van, however we ended up waiting for 1 hr and 20 min!Jay P.
My pickup location changed 3 times. Confirmed the morning of them I get a call from regional that if I don't pickup by 1pm they will give the truck away. Went over right away and had to wait over 30 minutes. Truck was not full of fuel.Robert S.

I reserved a 10 foot truck, a 15 foot was the only truck they had. Not available, but the only truck on location. At the end of the trip, found out why the truck smelled like bananas. There was a banana hidden under one of the seats. Cab seal leaked, got rained on for 300 miles, tried to tape up the leak but didn't work and had to stay on schedule.Nathan C.
This guy wasn't organized. I put a deposit down for both pieces of equipment and was told that I would be getting the deposit back at this location. The gentleman only got me a receipt for the deposit for the truck. I should be getting two deposits. I also never received confirmation that both the truck and the trailer had been received at the drop off location. I only got a confirmation for the truck.Nathan P.

Their was no record of our reservation at Craig's where we were told to pick up our rental, but fortunately they did have trailer that was what we had reserved. Casey was great to work with, and we picked up the trailer about 4:00 pm. At about 7:00 pm we got a call from U-Haul wondering why we hadn't picked up the trailer at the Interstate location. I told her we were told to get it from Craig's, not Interstate and she was totally confused. They also said they would e-mail us where to return it to in Sioux Falls but never did. All done and taken care of. Not impressed with reservation system.Roger P.
We were on a tight time schedule and needed to pick up at 9am as scheduled. Nobody was around, so called the number provided and was told he would be there in a 1/2 hour or so. Had to jump start someone's truck. VERY rude on the phone. Would never use this location again!Rob B.

Main Bismarck location had awful support and did not help in the process of picking up the Uhaul. Craig's Car Care was helpful, but the individual that rented the trailer before us did not have it in the right location so when we went to the location he was at (Bismarck's main location) the staff was not friendly, helpful, or willing to work with me in coming up with a solution to the problem.Ann G.

Due to it being a holiday, the location was closed when the trailer was dropped off. A phone call was made on how to assure we dropped it off in case it was stolen before they opened for business again. The man was kinda rude and said we could write the date on the receipt and put it in the drop box.Jeanne S.
