I did identify some small issues with the wiring to the brake lights and the manager was very receptive to what I stated. She also helped hook it up when she didnt need to. Very professional and allowed me to take it a little earlier than my appointment.

Space available and great return, better than most

Jennifer WI don’t think it’s this specific location that is the problem, the Campbell Lane location is very problematic with extremely rude Customer Service. Dealing with U-Haul as a whole was a terrible experience, from having my reservation, switched to different locations for no reason, having my dolly removed from the reservation I initially made, and then calling about it and being told nobody he could help me. I will likely never use U-Haul again.
