Doing everything on-line was rather confusing as the UHaul website had a problem picking up the location on the original cell phone we were trying to use. Luckily someone else was with me and we switched to using that cell phone. Google picked up location of the 1st cell phone so kind of odd and rather frustrating at the time. When we called Lil Pete for help (multiple times) they were very kind and helpful.
