This was a self service pick up. The van was parked on the side of the road. The app that I used to pick up the van was faulty and would not accept the photos. I was required to upload it reset multiple times and failed to acknowledge multiple attempts. I lost about 20 minutes of my paid time dealing with this situation because it was parked on the side of the road in order to take the required photos, I had to stand in the middle of the street. This was unsafe. The van itself was in good condition and worked well for my purpose, but the last time meant that I had to rush back to get the van back to the side of the road for the return within a lot of time so even though I use less than a half gallon of gas, I was not able to refill the tank and was charged $27 for that half gallon. It should’ve been a four dollar charge. Highway robbery. I had to do the entire pick up myself and for this I gave three stars.
