Old truck should be replaced. Could not adjust the mirrors and it is in need of an alignment. I like this location the people are always very friendly, I did have trouble however using the mobile app to check the truck in and out, would not let me upload photos and seemed to time out a few times.
Brian PI called for a last minute rental and was treated very kindly. I was able to make the reservation and pick up the truck within 15 minutes.
Maryanne JI was a little upset that you got rid of the veteran $.99 a mile discount. But everything else worked out fine thank you.
