Was told a certain price when I got the receipt it was double no explanation the Truck act like they didn’t wanna change. Gears sucked up a ton of gas then on top of that the guy said he had to clean up like it took him forever he might’ve had maybe a screws bolts or a nut here and there charge me $50 didn’t let me know. Just hit my card next thing you know I’m in that $187 and then try to help Me Work with me or nothing bless me in the head. No, I wouldn’t recommend it call on Sunday act like I wasn’t supposed to call and I called the number that was on the door very bad experience no help from U-Haul.

Stacy SThe man there was very rude and I would never go back to this place again, but the fact that he’s now trying to say that I did not turn the truck in on time and he’s trying to charge me a bill at $68. I got the truck the same day and I returned it later on that evening. This is a horrible experience dealing with U-Haul. I would never deal with this man in this location again, I would never recommend no one that I connect with because networking is the best word of Mouth. I will tell anybody and everybody to not ever come there. He kept comparing me with other people, and he kept saying that I was pretty much the difficult one, but when I ask for a verification, and then he measured the gas meter different to the paper that he keeps saying that is the measure I turned that truck back in now he’s trying to charge me almost $70. I did not go over. I live literally six minutes from the store so what he saying that I owe I don’t just a horrible experience.

STEVEN BThe owner was very nice. Just not your typical U-Haul store. The U-Haul trucks were available, however, they did not have the moving equipment needed. Fortunately, they have another location in the city. Between the 2 locations I was able to get most of what I needed.
