Staff at Purple Peddler was great. Had an issue with renting a truck at Home depot, so was happy and relieved that Purple Peddler was able to accommodate me, and open late enough for me to rent the truck. Also very efficient and helpful in getting me through the rental process. Kudos and 5 stars.
Daniel DI called to let them know the air conditioner didn't work properly, and I had the truck loaded full and every time you pushed the gas pedal the air would shut off. This was like this for 1200 miles from North Carolina to Texas. I would have liked a refund of some kind, but NO one would help me.

Joseph PWas told a certain price when I got the receipt it was double no explanation the Truck act like they didn’t wanna change. Gears sucked up a ton of gas then on top of that the guy said he had to clean up like it took him forever he might’ve had maybe a screws bolts or a nut here and there charge me $50 didn’t let me know. Just hit my card next thing you know I’m in that $187 and then try to help Me Work with me or nothing bless me in the head. No, I wouldn’t recommend it call on Sunday act like I wasn’t supposed to call and I called the number that was on the door very bad experience no help from U-Haul.
