The man there was very rude and I would never go back to this place again, but the fact that he’s now trying to say that I did not turn the truck in on time and he’s trying to charge me a bill at $68. I got the truck the same day and I returned it later on that evening. This is a horrible experience dealing with U-Haul. I would never deal with this man in this location again, I would never recommend no one that I connect with because networking is the best word of Mouth. I will tell anybody and everybody to not ever come there. He kept comparing me with other people, and he kept saying that I was pretty much the difficult one, but when I ask for a verification, and then he measured the gas meter different to the paper that he keeps saying that is the measure I turned that truck back in now he’s trying to charge me almost $70. I did not go over. I live literally six minutes from the store so what he saying that I owe I don’t just a horrible experience.
