There was a customer representative cursing at a woman who was trying to get a cost estimate for a next day vehicle rental. The owner of the Purple Peddler tried to tone her down with little success. He was great with me and explained he would likely have to terminate her due to multiple incidents over two days. I have confidence in the owner and the site and will use it to rent there after we move to our new house in Burlington.
