Good Service at the location and I would do business with them again but I returned the truck within 30 minutes since it did not have a loading ramp and we could not use a dolly to load the boxes that I had intended to move. I had to go to a different rental company the next day to get the correct truck.

I have to wait por the key’s responsible person, when I got the I called him four times and he did not answer so I talked to the person who was in the store and she called him and he answered so I did not understand why he rejected my calls. Additionally I’m very sad because the U-haul charged me 1/2 dozen of pads and a dolly and the van was empty, not pads and not dolly. I’m still waiting for the refund.

When I returned the truck he explained again miles I used, checked with me the fuel I used and showed me the charges details. Amazing place and I would return whenever I need a U-haul
