Fuel was very low. Since i ony use for 15k. It was enougj. If i went beyond that i need to refule it. Shop owner was not in the shop. I had to wait for him 30mins outside in cold to pickup thr keys. Vehicle trailor jad mattress polythese covers and clothes sheets. UHaul charge me cleaning fee of 25 thinking they are mine. That means previously it has not cleaned. This in my first uhaul experience and its very very bad. I will never order from this location again.

STEVE PThey gave me the wrong car and the wrong keys. When I asked them to check the keys and the vehicle, they told me it wasn't their problem; they didn't know where the vehicle was. They handed over the van half an hour past the agreed-upon time. The invoice charged me for the full duration, and there is a discrepancy between the invoice and the amount charged to my card—the figures do not match. I expect you to review this and issue the appropriate refunds for the billing discrepancy and the wait time.
