Need to make it clearer where to drop off keys - there were five of us looking and calling phone numbers, no answer, no one there, and lockboxes on the building confusing if it's not where to put keys at least have some sign on the door

Extremely helpful and pleasant staff.

After receiving a reservation phone call the evening before I was told there was only one truck after reserving 2. I was forced to drive to north Burnaby from surrey. Not great.

This was the friendliest service I've ever had with UHaul. I had a bad experience 10 years ago and swore I'd never use UHaul again. The only reason I did this time was a jam I was in. The experience with the staff at this location gives me hope that when I try UHaul again, I get as good as an experience as I did this weekend.

Traffic patterns make this location extremely hard to access. I was disappointed there were no printed policy sheets available to explain insurance coverage for Safemove. All the documents pertain to US operations, not Canada so I was not able to get anything in printing that explained my third party liability coverage. I had to go on the salesperson's say so which was of no use to me whatsoever.

The key-lock box code did not open the Box. It cost me a lot of money and time. I was at the location for 60 mins to get the van. It was a very problematic, and very inconvenient? If it wasn't for the owner showing up and renting me a different van It would have been a disaster. U haul is consistently under-delivering in its advertising and i'm not impressed.

Make location easier to find. Have equipment ready for rental such as having all lights working. Stop trying to sell insurance for a trailer rental that's higher than the actual rental cost. My vehicle insurance covers any thing that I tow. This is nothing more than a scam.

I appreciated the staff telling me how to return the truck after hours and that, as I had forgotten to refill the truck, they would only charge me for the portion I used. The price was very reasonable and avoided me an extra trip, because I had thought I would have been charged for a full tank otherwise. I was very happy with the experience.

Computer system seems difficult to navigate for a new person. Unintuitive.

I rented medium size Truck, it was very noisy and old model, when I started loading I noticed plastic seal is broken and I had to call. I was not very and when I returned a lady asked me to sweap inside the truck while I just went IKEA. A guy just gave me key without showing and open back of truck and just rely them. If I want to compare with my last 2 years ago at Brunet, coquitlam just I can say Very bad customer service.

Friendly service. Loved that an adorable dog greeted us.

The truck was in bad condition, the brake didn’t work good. Security? We signed for a half full tank, but it was only filled up a 1/4.

Lucky i took a picture of the cracked windshield the first~mile into the trip to document, otherwise its likely we'd still be having a discussion...

More parking and more customers service representatives. Arrived to drop-off the vehicle and there was no parking available so I had to park it blocking others cars. Very just inside with only one person at the desk. Waiting almost ten minutes until I was told I could leave the keys and they would process later. After a long dayof moving it was frustrating to wait when could have just left the keys in the first place. Vehicle was great, service lacking.

Our only concern is an unknown charge on our invoice after dropping off the truck, which was not mentioned prior to renting.

No safe turn in off from North Road southbound; an advance note for customers would have been extremely helpful. Costed me gas to drive around to find safer way to drive in. The lot was way too small and tight for dropping off / parking a Uhaul truck. The biggest problem is NO UHAUL DROP OFF BOX for key.

Bigger parking lot Maintenance done on truck

I was wrongfully charged for overhead damages and an accident, eventhough I was not involved in a car accident or overhead charges because the vehicle was returned on the same day

The location was fine, but when I booked it was for a different location (30 minutes drive away). The location was changed on me the day before the booking, which was pretty stressful. Additionally the uhaul itself was ancient. The dashboard did not light up at night meaning I had no idea how fast I was going or how much fuel I had left. The windshield wiper fluid was empty. The rubber lining of the passenger door promptly fell off as soon as I opened that door. The light in the back of the UHaul didn't work. What a struggle. I'll probably just hire movers instead of renting a UHaul next time I move.
