It was very hard to get the keys. We tried to line up the password as instructed but it was so finicky and took a long time. The app wouldn't work to take the pictures. We tried for 20 minutes before calling for help. The process took way longer than expected and caused quite a bit of frustration and delay.
Shasta MI highly recommend this location. The staff are extremely efficient and very knowledgeable of product and contract details. I wish all locations had this kind of service.
