Take this with a grain of salt because I'm in my 80s; things that are issues with me might be ok with others. I expected the truck to be clean. The cab had muggy (dried) floors and half empty water bottles under the seats. The cargo door was very hard to open, and I asked the dealer, Scott, to hoist it the check the cleanliness. It was also dusty. However, back home, neighbors helped lift the door and load the truck. it ran well and handled well in on and off rain. I got the job done, which is why I rented, and I guess that's the bottom line. I'll rent again from Bubby if I need a truck.

ron yIt was very hard to get the keys. We tried to line up the password as instructed but it was so finicky and took a long time. The app wouldn't work to take the pictures. We tried for 20 minutes before calling for help. The process took way longer than expected and caused quite a bit of frustration and delay.
Shasta MI highly recommend this location. The staff are extremely efficient and very knowledgeable of product and contract details. I wish all locations had this kind of service.
