System was down when stopping to confirm order was ready in three days. Received conflicting callback information informing me of a different rental than ordered which was later corrected by another rep.

Truck was a little dirty but it's a work truck, the truck ran wonderful and the staff at R&B Construction where amazing I definitely will be using the location again
