I rented a 26 foot truck and a 12 foot trailer. Rob from u haul brought the equipment to my house since I didn't have another driver. The truck drove great pulling the trailer, I will most definitely rent from them again. Rob went out of his and more to get the equipment I needed. Bruce
BRUCE LAbsolutely horrible. The trailer was not where I reserved it. I was not told the location it would be at either which ended up being an hour away, so an additional 2 hours of driving. Nobody I called and talked to cared.

TROY LWas suppose to pick my truck up in Clinton, IA. However they did not have a truck. Had to drive to Calamus, IA to get a truck. It was a larger truck than I had reserved and caused us to be delayed 2 hours in loading the truck. My husband passed away on Mother's Day and his Celebration of Life was that afternoon. I was late.getting there and part of my family missed it completely because they needed to finish loading the truck. Was a nightmarish experience. I was compensated $50.00 for my inconvenience. Not nearly enough in my opinion. The original location was totally incompetent and I was the one who paid the price for it.
