Inside the cab was clean, outside needed a wash and no other concerns. The agent was efficient and friendly. Easy pickup and easy return. Everything went smoothly.

Engine light was on and could feel the vehicle shaking while driving, had informed the u-haul representative and was informed that is related to fuel cap. However after driving he out and thought highway I could feel the shaking as it was struggling to keep moving. Very unhappy and unpleasant experience as customer.
