Truck didn’t have the dolly in it, or the key in the back. I wanted to do it all through the app but had to go in to get the key and dolly.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkU-Haul has some very one sided terms that frustrate me, the the renter and the customer. For example, I brought the vehicle back with more fuel that when I left but no refund. I needed the vehicle for only 1 day but was charged a 2 day rental. And to make matters worse, I was charged $11.50 for over allotted miles which in the face of all the benefits that U-Haul gained in this contract - was an insult. I will not rent from U-Haul again as I get better truck service and pricing from others, including Enterprise. Please pass this along the the financial engineers who run the business.
