The store itself is very dirty and no well kept. The system was extremely slow and I kept having to ask- is everything ok without her offering updates as to what was going on. All she kept saying is U-Haul is slow. She couldn’t even process me a receipt. The location and price is convenient.

Really excellent location person. Very nice, quick and helpful. Only minor issue is that windshield was slightly dirty and windshield washer fluid was either empty or didn’t work (visibility wasn’t bad enough to actually check under hood).
Jason WWasn’t swept out. Was dirty. The check engine light was always on. There was no lock for the latch. The uhaul app wouldn’t upload pictures of the vehicle during check in. Had to ignore check in at that point as I had to go.

ron ePick up was at a convenience store. The Asian lady could have been nicer though. Make sure you check the gas and take a picture, and go back in to show her if it isn't full.
