It was a horrible experience dealing with this person that was in charge of this location. If anyone ever asks me about renting a u-haul, I would tell them not to do it. I was treated badly. And I would not use u-haul again.

Kinda rude lacking customer service when answering questions. Store looked crowded and messy. Radio didn’t work. Uhaul was clean but old. Just less professional than other locations.
Jennifer wI could not understand what she was saying her English is terrible . She was rude and miserable.as for the van I rented it was in good shape and drove fine . I would not recommend this location to anybody I like
James UI booked very close locations of my hose they canceled this location and give me other locations which is far away from my house and I paid extra money for extra mileage. I used only 4 km for moving.
