I booked a U-Haul for 9am the day of move out. When I arrived there was no one on site to let the line up of people in until about 10 after. Then we were informed the U-Haul systems were down and they had to manually take down our credit card numbers and drivers ID to charge after the systems were up and running again. By the time we finally got the truck, it was 10 am, which is an hour after the scheduled time. On top of that, when I had initially booked the U-Haul, I also booked movers through the U-Haul website. Everything was confirmed over a month prior to my move out date. On the day of move out the movers never showed up. They were supposed to arrive on site at 10:00 a.m. to start moving. Instead, I had to call the movers only to be told by the administrator that the movers were not answering and were unresponsive, so I would have to find new movers. The reason why I got movers in the first place is because I had a surgery at the beginning of May and so knew I would need the help. The way this was handled was extremely unprofessional and left me with very little options on the day of move out. The movers in question were Northstar Pro movers.

The guys in the office were nice but to give the truck ti the costumer was very poor managed. It sucks when you put a little more of gas and they don’t give you anything back
DAVID TI filled the tank, left the receipt of the fill and they still claimed i did not fill it. Charged me an extra $36 and claimed i did not represent the truth. Very frustrating.,

The boys behind the desk recognize that I wasn’t going to be able to make it back in time, so they extended my use time with the truck, which made a world of difference for me, because I was panicking. I’m not going to lie. I was pleasantly surprised, however when I came in and discovered, they took the initiative to help me out. 100% would recommend this group of guys for anyone who wants help with their moving needs.
