I was happy with the rental truck but unhappy with the pick up location. Someone was supposed to be there in person and they weren't. I had to do check in online shich took a whole to process.

So disgusted with UHaul for changing my reservation less than 24-hrs prior to vehicle pick-up. Because of that, I was not able to move all of my belongings in a single trip (11 hrs one way!). Next was the appalling dump where the vehicle was to be picked up; it literally is a rotting lean-to tacked on to the side of an old factory. I had requested personal pick-up, not on- line. The notification of pick-up location was changed x3. An employee at the now 3rd location attempted to help, but even he had difficulty getting the UHaul app to work. We returned to the previously described dump for pick-up and as their useless app didn't work, we were forced to call a help number based out of Windsor. He attempted to assist with getting the vehicle key from a locked box, however the codes available were all incorrect! The employee from Windsor attempted to contact the operator of the location (in Cambridge on Guelph Ave) but he could not be bothered to show up. Finally a regional rep showed up, resentful he had to attend on his “day offâ€. He wasn't able to access the vehicle key in the lock box either so finally had to cut a key. This fiasco wasted 5 hours of our time, meanwhile there were people hired to help load standing around waiting. All this was in 40c heat & humidity! Never again! All I was reimbursed was $50 in compensation for our trouble “as a good will gestureâ€. Now I am stuck paying not only the locker fee rental for another month, but also more expenses for a second trip to recover the remainder of my belongings. If you are considering renting a moving truck from UHaul, do yourself a favour & don't to avoid all the hassle & expense it will cost you!

Michael R.The drop off location is a old abandoned warehouse. Being Sunday evening I didn't expect anyone to be there so I called the number and left a message saying I was dropping it off. I dropped off the trailer in a location that could not be seen from the street. I took pictures of it and sent them to the number listed. I still have not received any confirmation that the trailer was returned. Nothing at all in the way of a reply from the messages I left.
