Took three employees to rent me a trailer I told them I was returning it to a different location-they evem pulled the drop off location up to verify that we were talking about the same location and gave me the time said location opened the following day I returned trailer at said location the next morning only to find out the renter put on the paperwork that I was returning it to them All has been resolved thanks to your customer support team

Don’t advertise the cheap rate. I know i had add ons but It was around $ 100.00 I spent after gas fill up. for 2+ hours
John CThe employee, Diamond, was efficient and helpful. She even offered to take the trailer off the hitch for me. I didn't accept because she was a petite female and I am capable. However, I respected the offer of assistance!

Ricky PThere are no signs in front of the ACE Hardware store telling where to drop off rentals. I went into the store and was told just take it around back and drop it off. No signature or anyone out back to confirm rental was dropped off in good shape..
