The truck I rented today was a piece of shit had a hole in the box you hit a bump and the wheels wobbled and you let off the gas and it excelerated

Michelle LThe truck I rented was dirty with stuff spilled and hardened in the cup holder. The floors were really dirty and so was the back of the truck. I was rented an older truck with over 197,000 miles. The steering on the truck was really bad. There was a lot of play in the steering wheel to the point you could move the steering wheel back and forth and still continue straight on the road. I would recommend this location for uhaul rental because the woman that waited on me was very nice. She knows what she is doing and can answer whatever questions you have about your rental. She also told me to take pictures of the condition of the truck. I have rented from this location before and have always been treated well and with respect.
