the location didn't open on time, he had 10 plus people waiting outside is door, he doesn't have enough employees, trying to run 3 different business's out of one building by himself, thank god I didn't set the nine oclock appointment since he doesnt open till 10, locals told me he never opens on time, I had to get the equipment myself, it was parked in the back, inaccessible, I had to back over a curb and ended up having to go the wrong way down a one way street.

RAYMOND LThe day before pick-up, my reservation was changed to this location by U-Haul. They didn’t have the equipment that I ordered, the truck wasn’t swept out, the truck was so far out of alignment that it was hard to stay in the lane and if the driver door was shut, the key wouldn’t work the lock so you had to climb in the passenger door.
