My experience went well all around. The lady that rented me the Uhaul was very professional and explained everything in detail. She went the extra mile. Example like I was having trouble finding the location and she stood outside to guide me in. Excellent! The Uhaul was cleaned and in good shape. Nice vehicle! Thank you for great service

William HBetter dimensions of the trailer. The door is several inches smaller than the interior 4x8 and y there was no height dimension at all.
Thomas Mdowntown location was remote as compared to other locations that are easier to get to
DONALD SI did not read my U-Haul truck at this facilities. I had to drive clear across town in order to get an appliance dolly that I reserved the day before and was told it would be on the truck. When I got there they had no dollies left. I would love to give you some feedback on how days went at the place that I got the U-Haul on Columbus road here in Canton Ohio. Never again. Will I ever go back to that place again? And I'm not sure if I would recommend anybody else going there
