The help was friendly and very easy to work with. The trailer I rented was in great shape. If anything, the pickup location was a little cluttered and could be cleaned up some for a more professional appearance, but I'll come back here if I need to rent any sort of trailer.

I rented a 17' truck for a catering gig. The gentleman who checked me out and got me out the door told me to push the tow button on end of shift stick to save on gas mileage. I thought that was very helpful. In addition, he swept out the back of the truck for me as the previous renter had not.

I was suppose to pick up the cargo van from Ruddy's Rental in Forest Lake, which is where I live. Got to Ruddy's to learn I had to go to Centerville to get it. I didn't care for the fact that I had to drive about 10 miles out of my way when I was being charged for mileage. If we request pick-up at Ruddy's it should not be changed with no notice at all.

Picked up the truck and the attendant said the truck gas tank was full (didnt verify myself, just took his word for it.) Went to my move location 1 mile from pickup location and filled the truck with furniture and headed to the new house. 5 miles from the old house headed toward the new i realized the gas tank was half full. We were given a truck with a tank 1/2 full and had to much to get done to drive back and haggle.i returned the truck full as instructed. Dont worry the gas was on me guys. 1/2 tank in a 26 ft truck wasnt cheap but i knew the minute i saw it half empty no one would believe me. A couple days later i noticed a second charge on my bank card for who knows what from uhaul.

The gentleman at Centermart went out of his way to accommodate me. The station was very busy and he joyfully handled numerous customers while working on my order. He's great for the business. With regard to Uhaul online services, I would express deep concern that Uhaul does not have any technical support for users. I called 3 times asking for help re: my account and I was either bounced to numerous others, who didn't know anything about this, or I was just simply transferred. I finally did get a woman who knew how to help me. I wish I could remember he name. She was smart, kind and knowledgeable on how to help me to correct my on line issues. Since so many things are now done on line, I would suggest Uhaul hire technical support.
