Adjust time for drop off if it takes 20 mins for the app to verify all the information. Checking out took a long time because of the system as well.

Transmission issues
JEMILA BMallard Creek Mower was great. THe UHaul online portal to set up and use the truck was terrible. The truck itself was good.

Julie KThe after hours process could be more streamlined. I spent almost an hour trying to gain access/approval. I had no idea they would ask you to put someone name down so that uhaul could call them was in the process. That could have been taken care of earlier in the day, lastly it wasn't like I was new to Uhaul my data is in the system.
