The check out and check in process was time consuming, inefficient and difficult. Had to upload photo's multiple times and had to restart the application multiple times. You have shifted tasking to the consumer with the process, and it is not appreciated.

Joel BOil level was low (17%) and got down to 11% by end of trip. Would have been nice (for peace of mind) if it had been topped off. Tank was at 7/8. Had it been full, i could have made it to destination without stopping/refueling.
Albert MAt time of rental have attendant to remind the renter that they will be receiving a text message about UHaul photos made, especially if 65 years of age or older. I was not informed and read message three days later.
