I showed up 30 minutes before their scheduled closing time on google and the Uhaul site but nobody was present and therefore I couldn't inquire about the leaky trailer.

I returned the key to the same box I took it out of. The app return didn’t tell me what to do with the key?? If it did, I missed it. Sorry! Hope that was correct.
TANYA BI’m not sure if this has anything to do with the actual site. But I always have trouble with Truck Share while picking up from there. I have to call UHaul and have them ‘update my reservation’ so that I’m able to pick up the truck. Not sure what’s happening but it only okays when I pick up from that location.
