The store owner was extremely rude and impatient. The whole time we talked to him he was on his phone texting. Questions for clarifications were met with annoyance.

Peter RGot here, took us about 20 minutes to even start the process of filing my license and getting the keys. Finally get out to the truck (which was parked across 4 lanes of traffic) and there was opened, half empty beer cans in the cup holders from the previous users, then the truck wouldn’t even start. The man working was very helpful and understanding, and helped me to get a new one that worked fairly quickly. This process took about an hour overall and caused me to miss out on a good chunk of the time I had reserved the elevator in my building for.
