Avoid renting from this location. Owner showed up 1 hour after pick up time. When asked why he wasn’t aware of the reservation, his guidance was “it’s UHauls fault, this happens all the time.” In essence, he acknowledged that he is aware of a longstanding issue and neither he or UHaul has taken the necessary corrective actions to make sure it was addressed, from previous customer experiences, all while continuing to rent to customers. When concerns were raised, he threatened to with hold the reservation instructing us to find another location to find a truck. Unhelpful, unapologetic , and extreme lack of professionalism.

Owner of Jessys Shoe Repair was late to open store, and Uhaul truck had barely any fuel when I picked up. I was charged for a fuel charge, but we didn’t have fuel to begin with
Emma GThis is the second time that I have rented trucks from this location where I have come into issues with the vehicle. The business owner is very amendable. However, my understanding is that he has nothing to do with the maintenance and upkeep of the trucks. The first incident, 8/10/25: reservation #87070150, the rear door to enter and load the truck had issues with the cables to actually open the door AND the driver's side side view mirror was not secure and didn't stay in place while driving... This was very alarming and DANGEROUS. The second incident, this past weekend: 9/5/25, #89649257, hand-truck dolley and a garbage bag full of furniture blankets were left inside the back of the truck which took up much needed space, again the driver's sideview mirror was not secure and didn't stay in place while driving and empty soda cans were left in the cab of the vehicle upon my initial retrieval of the truck. This is very disappointing to have to deal with these factors. Please see to it that these issues are taken care of so that other people will not have to deal with them and will be safe using your vehicles.
HEATH KWORST “SERVICE” EVER for U-Haul Rental Location. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Jesus Salgado has zero understanding of customer service and made this the most frustrating rental we’ve ever had. He left before we could verified we had the dolly and the blankets that WE RESERVED AND PAID. He just run away before we could even confirm the truck was the right size. When we called him for some help he screamed at us and hang up. This location should not even be open if this is the way they treat people. Do yourself a favor and NEVER waste your time or money here.
Claudia CI was supposed to pick up my truck at 11am and the gentleman who was supposed to get me my keys was an hour and a half late and didn’t show up until 1230. Also the window on the driver side was broken and couldn’t be rolled up and I had to drive on the highway in the rain without being able to roll up my window
