The location was easy to access, equipment was in good shape aesthetically... However the trailer tongue was SO loose for the receiver. After triple checking the connection, the recommendations, etc. the entire trailer jostled around so much it made me so uncomfortable that it wasn't going to just pop off.

MELISA WThe uhaul had leaks all in the roof so our boxes were destroyed overnight with the rain. Had to throw items out and repack everything after moving. Zero sympathy from the rental place. Huge disappointment and so much extra work on top of already moving.
