I’m not overly impressed with the self-serve aspects of renting from U-Haul in general. The company has offloaded many of the tasks to customers. But I get it. This U-Haul rental location is really good. The Unsworth staff are wonderful and the equipment is clean and in good repair.

RYAN SNew truck but signal burned out. I didn’t notice til i drove away. Took 90 minutes for repair. That was unnecessary as someone should have checked that!
