Ross M | Overall ExperienceWhile the majority of our experience was above average, the closing of our account did not go without a hitch. We moved our belongings out on Friday, March 21 and went into the office to close the account. However something in your system did not stick. I watched your employee add a message to our account that we had moved out and think she said that the account would be fully closed after the unit was inspected. Fortunately she also removed the automatic payment option. On March 26, we were invoiced for another month. After a fairly long phone call, this was resolved and the account is now closed. However the incident was a bit disconcerting. Ironically I went into the office on the Friday because I wanted to ensure the closing went smoothly and because I was a bit uncomfortable leaving my access card in an unlocked unit and closing the account online. As I said before though, aside from this hitch our overall experience was positive.
