Truck had unbalanced tires in the rear. This made for an unpleasant experience driving and also made my gas mileage sick.

Driver side mirror was so loose. I had to manually put it in place every time I needed it. Driver side window handle also broken so I had to drive with the window down the whole time in order to be able to get to the mirror. The location opened 34 minutes late, not typically something I would even complain about if it wasn’t coupled with being given the truck on E which made me late for the pick-up I rented the U-Haul for.
James RDon't have a uhaul pick up location in the middle of nowhere and have your customers rely on calling a random number posted on the side of a barn.
Grace CI have rented from this facility twice in the past two months and three times in the past three years with zero problems.
