They said they were open and the light was on inside but after several calls they didn’t answer and never returned my call. I was there during the hours that their sign said they were open. I had to check out on line

Mariellyn GTruck had unbalanced tires in the rear. This made for an unpleasant experience driving and also made my gas mileage sick.
Richard KDriver side mirror was so loose. I had to manually put it in place every time I needed it. Driver side window handle also broken so I had to drive with the window down the whole time in order to be able to get to the mirror. The location opened 34 minutes late, not typically something I would even complain about if it wasn’t coupled with being given the truck on E which made me late for the pick-up I rented the U-Haul for.
James RDon't have a uhaul pick up location in the middle of nowhere and have your customers rely on calling a random number posted on the side of a barn.
