How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis was the longest time I have ever spent at a U-Haul location checking out with a reservation and I had to pay extra for a dolly that the location didn’t have although it was on the reservation. My pickup was for 5:15. The door was locked upon trying to enter. The general manager came and assisted. We had to give our information 2-3 times because he said the system. We didn’t get out of there until well after 5:30. I would like to compensated for the dolly at least the difference. Every dollar counts
