Love the app, when it works. I've rented multiple times and every time it has been extremely difficult to work within the app. My last drop off took 30 minutes then crashed and was unable to process the return. I was able to reach someone via the 800 number, so they were able to note I returned the vehicle. I'll continue to rent from this location again, but I hope you can get the app running better soon.

COLLEEN MAfter hours drop off was not smooth on the app. Hard to find on the App. Then it gave an error after it said I owe zero. So was left hoping all was well, which it was.
