stephanie bMy reservation was changed about 12 hours before I was set to pick up even though I had reserved a couple weeks in advance. I had to take a smaller truck or go to a much farther location. The truck was not cleaned out and there was a bottle of rum in the glove box. I ordered furniture pads, but they were not inside. The pick up experience on the app took me over 30 minutes because the app was not uploading my pictures.
