We were instructed to leave an additional trailer at this location that haul requested us to tow with our rental truck. We called the help number and he was helpful to get checked in, but we well there during their doors posted office hours, the open sign was up and no one was there. They were closed several hours early with no post on the door to let us know what to do. I would never tell a lone to use this location. We will be moving again at the end of the year and I will shop around before making my move decision. I will see how the promised credits for towing your trailer get handled as I has no one at drop off to assure me that I even got credit for leaving it with my 15 foot truck. I would like to hear back from someone at haul that you know you have your property back and we cleaned our truck!! I normally do not have any issues with haul and didn't mind doing the towing favor, just want assurance that the i's are dotted and t's are crossed to end this contract..
