Had reserved a20' truck, arrived and was a 15' , could not use it. Was told nothing U-Haul could do cancelled it reserved a 20 for next day. Got it but it cost me a day. And a lot of trouble

EDGAR A.The lady we worked with was very nice and knowledgeable about the rental process. Our only complaint was that there was no Jack, and the trailer was hard to lift.
Jamey S.The only problem I had was the field manager was very rude, and didn't even realize I had made a payment the day before he called . He acted like I was way over due. Which was not true, but even if I was it was not necessary to speak to a customer in that manner. I think his name was Alex I will ask the location who the field manager is. I was very upset when I got off the phone with him.
