Called location several times with no answer and no return call... the unit I reserved had several packing blankets that I didn't order and I needed to know where to place them. But no answer so they just rode with me.
Chris BI was only given 20 moving blankets instead of the 24 I reserved, but other than that the location was selected because of its high reviews and did not disappoint. I did feed back to the drop off location that the truck I was given had a very bad suspension and bounced me all over the place on the freeway. I recommended it be pulled from service to be looked at for safety reasons.
BRIAN SS&S was great. Uhaul however was NOT!
