Uhaul changed my pickup location 2 days before my guarenteed pickup time. I showed up at my guarenteed pickup time and the location that I was told to go to was closed and didn't open till 90 minutes later. I had to wait because Uhaul didn't do their due dilligence and check the location. Self-pickup was not functioning and wasn't set up for me to check out the truck virtually. Overall a terrible experience. I will rent from anyone else to keep from using uhaul again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo one was present. The app did not have the information I needed. The requested rental items were not available (moving blankets and a dolly). I called and still waited 30 minutes to get the vehicle while they figured out what needed to be done. One vehicle was not locked and was full of someone's things.

Melinda Awe dropped the U-Haul off on this Sunday. There was nobody there so I just marked yes for the personnel because I really don’t feel like they need a negative review because they weren’t there. It’s just it was Sunday and they were closed. Location was fine easy to see where the U-Haul key drop off box was so no complaints on that.
Lee SNo one had told me this was a self serve location. I had knee surgery 3 weeks ago and couldn’t lift the trailer onto the hitch. No one around to assist! Also it was very dark when I dropped off the trailer and had same issue and parking was very tight. When I reserved trailer I had asked for 12 blankets. No blankets so. Has to go to another location to rent the blankets.
