I should not have to call them several times to get a rental received into the system. The contract remained open for several days because it was not closed. Disappointed with the local retailer. However, the corporate office gets 5 stars for the support

this was not my contracted drop off location. Anger was 25 miles out of my way. I get there and they tell me they can't take the trailer or pay 150. Are you kidding me? They said I received a txt the day I picked up the trailer. New location was additional 25 miles out of the way. Poor service by Uhaul.
