I want to dispute a $23 fuel charge on my invoice. When I returned the car, the fuel level was exactly the same (if not higher) than when I picked it up. I even have the gas receipt and a photo of the dashboard from the drop-off

Just had quite the awful experience with the supposed ‘owner’. I was dropping off a u-haul truck when the ‘owner’ approached me outside telling me to “give him the key”. I respectfully told him I would return it to the key box. He then became quite irritate repeating to just give him the key, going on to say “you need to think” along with some other incredibly rude comments; all in front of I assume his daughter by the way. I explained that I don’t know him, and that I was more comfortable returning it to the key box. We ended up walking back together and he opened the key box, so he did work there. What an insane way to conduct business. If you’re reading this, treat people better. Just because you say you’re the owner, doesn’t mean someone should just take your word for it. What if you were a thief and now I’m on the hook for a $70K truck??
Bradley DI should not have to call them several times to get a rental received into the system. The contract remained open for several days because it was not closed. Disappointed with the local retailer. However, the corporate office gets 5 stars for the support
LOUIS Gthis was not my contracted drop off location. Anger was 25 miles out of my way. I get there and they tell me they can't take the trailer or pay 150. Are you kidding me? They said I received a txt the day I picked up the trailer. New location was additional 25 miles out of the way. Poor service by Uhaul.
