Confusion on initial check in of rental. Selected self check in when booking the rental initially. Upon arrival to facility, could not self check and was directed to call customer service. I was then told the key was not in the lock box and I was to check in with the storage facility. Truck had an amber airbag indicator on start up. Returned truck in existing condition of cleanliness and was charged $25 for cleaning.
