Worst experience I have had with any company in over decade. NEVER again. After my credit card being charged twice along with my debit after the agent said the CC did not go through upon check in. When I returned the older gentleman refused to refund my bank card. I had to call the police and U-Haul customer support. Regional manager out of county in Jamaica and your support for the agent took 2hrs and 20 minutes to figure out how to refund my debit card. Absolutely insane in this day and age that no one knows how to work your system

IMAD EI wouldn't change a thing. I found the truck delivery very easy, no complicated apps to use for after-hours delivery. I'd say it's the best U-Haul location.
