Typically when I pick up a truck at this location its pretty good. however this time it was not and I was not happy 1) there was carboard and dirt in the back of the uhal - I needed to sweep and remove cardboard 2) water bottle and coffee cup in the truck 3) the rubber around the driver side window was lose which actually came right down when it was raining letting rain in from the driver side window causing me to get wet!! 4) truck felt like it would stall from time to time when driving it. overall this truck was a mess! I want to put in a complain and should be compensated.

This location was old, dirty and it seemed like I was bothering them while they were attending the customer for rust check/oil change.

BRYAN FThe trailer jack doesn't work correctly. I was hours behind because of this lake of maintenance. The truck battery barely started the truck. The truck made a lot of noise. You screwed me around on my storage unit. I requested a manager call back. Likely not going to receive one. I need to book a truck next week to complete my move 100% it will not be with Uhual anymore
