The battery or the charging system wasn’t working correctly we couldn’t turn the van off until we returned it. The truck wouldn’t idle so you had to rev it to keep it running… and you pay a premium for that

Rene RI wish the pricing was specified a little better. My bill went from $37 to $122 so financially I was not planning for that, ontop of the price of gas to fill the uhaul also. That was almost a total of $200 by the time that was all said and done. Self check in was also a nightmare.
Jessica RThe $19.95 advertised promotional rental cost is extremely misleading. I was led to believe that would be the rental cost which in reality turned out to be $142 before taxes and fees.
Sonia DI was able to walk in, reserve what I needed, for a very reasonable price. Julie's Floral (owner) is very nice, helpful, and willing to go the extra steps when technical difficulties arise on the electronic devices! This is the second time, I have used this location, and will be back if I need another truck.
